When Drake gave the statement that he was going to be releasing a new album, fans went crazy. They waited desperately for weeks- even months- for the new album. The wait was finally over when the album was released on April 29 2016. So the big question is: were the expectations of the album met?  They definitely were, but let’s be real it’s Drake we’re talking about. His album features 19 new songs where he takes his innermost feelings and turns them into lyrics for the whole world to hear. Within hours the album already held the number one spot on iTunes. Some of his stronger songs from the album are: “Views”which is the epic title track with an old school feel, which features some classic “Drake” lines.
“Too good” I mean how can you not love this one it features Rihanna. And lastly “Weston Road Flows” which reflects Drake’s humble beginnings and his extraordinary rise to fame.
The album is definitely one for the books and if you haven’t listened to it yet you should.
