Sometimes you just need that sweet treat to cure yourself of a hard, stressful week. Especially when all the ostriches you were planning to ship to Canada, as a part of your Australia-themed zoo, ran away, and now you must use emus, which are the inferior animal. So, it would be quite apparent to anyone that you need something to balance such a horrible week. Or you are not very good at baking and want something quick and easy, yet impressively scrumptious. Either way, a delicious solution.
Ingredients:
1 can of Pillsbury Crescents
1 can of any canned fruit
Powdered Sugar(optional)
A spoon
Parchment paper
Oil Baking Spray
A baking pan
A working oven
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place parchment paper on the baking pan, and spray with baking spray.
- Pop open the Pillsbury Crescents and separate the pre-cut triangles placing them on your baking pan, with the shortest side at the top.
- Open the canned fruit and using a spoon, scoop two or three spoonfuls of fruit onto the middle of each triangle.
- Take the bottom point of each triangle and fold it up to the short side, and press down, to make sure it stays stuck together.
- Do this to each triangle, and then by now, your oven should be done preheating, or you just have a slow oven.
- Place the pan into the oven, for about 9-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown, as Pillsbury can states.
- Let them cool for 2 minutes, and then if you wish, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
- Serve on a platter, for others, or eat them all by yourself, because you deserve them.
