Google is famous for its universal use as a web browser but has had little to no success in innovation outside of this aspect. Google lens, for example, failed at offering an ingenious idea of a digital reality in everyday life into a realized product.
However, Google has always excelled at creating unique and artistic commemorations of events or people, such as their integration of notable birthdays into their logo.
With this being said, their most recent step forward, “Google Arts & Culture,” Is both successful and useful.
Google Arts & Culture is a program of educational and interactive games organized into six genres of art and culture: coloring, trivia, puzzle, crossword, adventure, and music.
The musical category is the main focus of this article, for two unique games from the same designer stand out, Viola the Bird and Blob Opera.
Viola the Bird is a hands-on, simple classical experience where users can move their mouse back and forth to puppet a 3-D animated purple bird to play a cello.
Blob Opera is another zany game that allows players to move a multicolored blob up and down to simulate one of four opera singers: Bass, Tenor, Mezzo-soprano, and Soprano.
